Yes. CaleyAI supports calendar import through ICS, so you can bring existing schedules in under settings / system. You can also export your CaleyAI calendar if you ever want to move back to another calendar, though we hope you will not want to.

Nobody likes vendor lock-in, so CaleyAI is designed to stay flexible. You can start on the free plan and upgrade only if it makes sense for you. If you downgrade later, your calendar still works; only AI usage and plan-specific features like email reminders are limited. You can export your CaleyAI events as an ICS file at any time and move them to another calendar.

The free plan is meant for testing CaleyAI and for basic calendars with a lower number of events. In your first week you get 3x free tier usage, then it changes to the normal free allowance. If you have a regular schedule with a few events each day, Basic is a strong fit and already lets you do a lot. If you plan heavily, Premium is the clearer recommendation because it gives you more usage and planning room. Ultra is best if you work with many image-to-calendar requests and want the maximum planning features and allowance.

Chat and image-based AI requests use one weekly pool. AI usage resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Chat messages and image-related requests draw from the same allowance, and longer or more complex requests can use more than short simple ones. Free plans also have a shared global AI capacity limit. If that capacity is exceeded, AI features may be temporarily unavailable until the next weekly reset or until you upgrade.

You get early warnings before AI pauses at the limit. The chat shows a small notice after 50% of your weekly AI allowance is used and a stronger notice when only 20% remains. If the weekly limit is reached, AI features pause until the next Monday reset or until you upgrade. The calendar itself can still be used manually.

Anything over the new limits is scheduled for deletion. File storage and public file links are fixed plan limits. If a cancellation or downgrade leaves you above the new allowance, the excess files and public links are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. They remain accessible during that period so you can download or delete them, or upgrade again.
